Kainaat enters the temple which is a provides a peace and is a safe place to her. As she enters she's welcomed with flick on her forehead from Ranjeet as it's their daily ritual.
They both have been coming to this temple since they were young and found solace in the temple. So even after Ranjeet moving out they continue coming to this temple every morning and share talk about the previous day.
